Terms for Automation Center

These terms govern the private operator-controlled installation of Automation Center and its connections to third-party platforms.

Permitted use

Automation Center may be used only with accounts and channels the operator owns or is authorized to manage. The operator is responsible for the legality, accuracy and intellectual property rights of uploaded video, music, voice, imagery and copy.

Publication control

Connecting an account does not itself publish content. Publication occurs after an operator action or under a schedule and automation mode explicitly enabled by the operator. The destination account is shown inside the application and should be verified before autonomous publishing is enabled.

Third-party services

Use of YouTube, Google, Instagram and TikTok remains subject to their own terms, policies, quotas and account restrictions. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of API review status, expired authorization, platform outages or policy changes.

No performance guarantee

The application supports production, distribution and analysis but does not guarantee reach, audience growth, revenue or conversion. AI-generated material and quality checks should be evaluated before full automation is enabled.

Suspension and deletion

The operator may disconnect platform accounts or delete API-derived data at any time. Access may also be suspended when continued operation would violate a platform policy, legal requirement or security control.
